SEZA Design & Construction
Bilingual (English / Bangla) website for a Dhaka design and construction firm covering survey, soil testing, design, and project supervision.
A full company website for SEZA Design & Construction, a Khilkhet, Dhaka firm established in 2020 under the line "We don't just build houses, we create your dream address." The site presents nine services, from digital survey and soil testing through architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and interior design to 3D views and project supervision, plus a four-step process, a filterable photo and video gallery with lightbox, an about page, and a contact page with map, WhatsApp, and an enquiry form. Every page switches between English and Bangla.
Keeping a media-heavy site of site photos and videos fast, which meant building a pipeline that converts every upload to compressed WebP with thumbnails and blur placeholders and H.264 video with posters. Also delivering full English and Bangla content across all pages, and making a contact form that works without a backend by composing WhatsApp and email messages on the visitor's device.
A project portfolio with case studies per completed building, an online cost estimator for design and construction packages, a client portal to follow construction progress with photo updates, and a CMS so the team can add gallery media without a developer.
